The galvanic school of magic is a specialized combination of energy and fire Arcanas, which combines the most violent currents out of all known magic traditions. Weaving primal energy through the flames Galvanists create incredibly destructive spells, but they have a price.
Overheat
Because the caster channels incredible amounts of energy through their body, they get torn apart by it. Each spell generates an amount of overheat points that accumulates in the caster’s body, and at the end of each turn, they take an amount of damage equal to the amount of overheat points they have accumulated, though overheat can be released through other spells.
